Annotate a PDF
Cover things with a white box, highlight text, add a checkmark or a cross.
How it works
- Open a PDF and pick a shape: white-out box, highlighter, checkmark or cross.
- Drag it into place and resize it.
- Save the annotated PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Does the white-out box remove the text under it?
The white-out box only covers content visually — the text underneath stays in the file. Use the Redact tool for true removal.
What is the highlighter for?
The highlighter marks important text semi-transparently while keeping it readable.
